where do i attach the ground wire on the pool
Above grounds aren’t usually grounded separately. I understand where you’re coming from here though since it IS required by code for in grounds. Most above ground pools have their grounding dealt with by the wiring on the pump motor. They all ( unless they’ve been modified outside the factory) are plugged into a receptacle that is GFI.
If you seriously want to bond that pool, look at the pump motor itself. Some do have a bonding lug ( copper fastener with a screw in it) attached to the motor. Attaching it to a pool wall for an above ground makes for an interesting problem. The paint. It’s non conductive. You’d have to sand off the paint for every separate piece of metal on the pool where they physically join. It’s just not something you’d want to do besides inviting corrosion later on or corrosion due to dissimilar metals in contact with each other (galvanic action).
