Cub Cadet dealer not returning calls…?
We bought a VERY nice Cub cadet tractor. It works great cutting the lawn. The problem is that screws come lose around the hood , I guess from the vibration. The hood lifts up a bit and the hood melts on the engine. It happend one time and they replaced the hood and told me that we have to make sure the hood is closed properly.
Oh Please… My husband is very mechanically inclined. He knows hoe to close a hood.
Well, it happend again and the Cub Cadet dealer near Princeton, NJ will not answer our calls to fix it.
Any ideas????
I’d do three things. First I would go to the Cub Cadet website and send an email to the Customer Service dept. or call them if they give you a number. Second, I’d contact the Better Business Bureau. Thirdly, I’d also contact the NJ Consumer Affairs Dept. they’re very helpful. One of the few NJ departments I’d say that about, lol. Hit these idiots with enough heat and THEY’LL start to melt.
