Need a little help, I’ve got a wacker brand cut-off saw that needs a little carb. adjustment.?
Idle screw is no problem. there are two adjs. screws side by side, got any ideas or hints as to what initial or starting adjustments should be of these 2 screws.
bring both screw,s in to seat…..not too hard..you,ll damage them…..back each off 1.5 turn,s……look on the carb…..one should be marked L for low idle mixture….the other marked H for high speed mixture…..warm the engine first….then adjust low mixture to best idle…..maybe slightly richer…1/8th turn further out…..then your high mixture should be set at full throttle….back it out till it run,s best….that should do you!……do not under any circumstance,s over lean your engine!
