Toro recycler leaking oil from under deck/blade?
I found my lawn mower, the Toro Recycler (model 20071), leaked out most of its oil on my garage floor hours after I mowed my yard with it. It is leaking oil from the blade it seems. This model doesn’t have an oil drain plug on the bottom (you have to tip it on its side to empty the oil) so I am guessing there is a problem with a gasket up there. Anyone know for sure whats wrong with it?
The bearing oil seal is bad and needs replacement. This is a quick and simple job, though some places will only sell the sea with a bearing, but the bearing are only $8 tops. About half an hours work once you have the bade off.
