There’s problem with my smith and hawken glass hummingbird feeder.?
it leaks a lot, how do I get it to stop leaking ? …….and please no dumb pointless useless and obvious answers.
Sorry iI do not want to get a new one. And it is leaking from the nozzle where the hummingbirds drink from.
My wife and I just bought one at Target a few hours ago, and it has the same problem you described, and we can’t figure out how to stop it, either. A quick internet search (Smith Hawken hummingbird feeder reviews) found others reporting this problem, as well as leaky stoppers. We’re going to take ours back for a refund. My advice: complain!
I’m going to complain to Martha Stewart Living magazine, as well. The reason this feeder caught our eye was that we were in Target looking for Smith & Hawken planters, because they are prominently advertised in the May 2011 edition of that magazine.
