What is it like to live in a caravan year-round?
I intend to sell my house and live in a caravan year-round. Parking location and cost involved with living in a caravan is not an issue. I intend to spend up to $100KAUD on a new caravan (hopefully that should be enough for all the essentials, eg toilet, shower, oven/grill/burner, fridge, washing machine/dryer combo, power points etc) Food preparation is also not an issue.
My concern is the “living” part in a caravan for so long. How often do you need to clean the black water storage and what is it like to do this on a constant basis.

I live in my rv (or caravan) at least 6 months a year for work. I clean my black water tank every time I dump it my rv has a connection on the outside to connect water hose and flush the black tank, make sure on your black water and gray water to use the right deodorant sanitizer in them. I like living in mine it is alot better than motels
