reporting someone to child protective services?
My neighbors have a 4 yr old child,and they have 9 to 10 bags of garbage piled up against my fence going to my backyard,and they have nasty chicken coupes that they wont clean
they refused to clean up the garbage or the cages,and it stinks so bad,i cant even walk in my backyard… and the filth is bringing rats in the yards, and the kid has to go near that every day because it’s next to their house
and they have the kids inflatable swimming pool out there too with green slimy molded water that’s been there since july
i called the health dept. but have never heard anything from them… do I need to call child services and report them for this? and do i have to give my name? i dont want any trouble with them my neighbors are crazy

I think if you report someone you can be anonymous I don’t think that they will make you give the name if you don’t want to..I would really report them because that is just a really gross environment for kids to be living in. If thats how it is in the backyard imagine how it must be inside there house.
