I have a McCulloch Mac Cat, 2.3 ci, 38cc. Model # 60016002, but no manual, what is the correct fuel mixture?
This is a chainsaw by the way.
Also, gap settings for spark plugs, and other pertinent information would be helpful. I have googled looking for manual’s online, but can’t find anything.
Its the correct model number, its an older saw.
Use a good 2 cycle oil like Tanaka and mix it 50:1. The spark plug gap will be .025-.030. There is a fuel filter in the fuel tank on the end of one of the hoses. You can fish it out with a piece of wire with a hook on the end. Clean it or change it. Make sure the air filter is clean. Some/most can be washed with gas or even soap and water.
