why wont my murray mower crank over already changed solenoid now nothing happens fuse is fine?
What you really need to do is get a multi-tester and trace out the circuits instead of just randomly replacing parts. assuming that you cleaned up the area when you installed the new solenoid so that it is well grounded to the metal, that is no longer a potential problem. I would guess, that most likely you have a faulty safety switch. most likely just a bad connection where one of them plugs in. I would suggest, if you don’t know how to trace the circuits, to get a can of contact cleaner and unplug each switch and clean the contacts good. more than likely that will fix it. the should be a switch somewhere on the blade engagement lever, the clutch pedal the seat and the shifter.
