patty pan squash recipe?

my mom and sister play farmville, so when they saw patty pan squash seeds they got them and planted them in the garden, just because they have them on farmville lol. so now we have patty pan squash and dont know what to do with it, its just been sitting on the kitchen counter. does anyone know any good recipies?

Stuffed Patty Pan Squash

Ingredient

Large pot with lid
Skillet
Olive Oil or cooking oil
Cooking Wine (optiona)
4 Medium Patty Pan Squash (about 1-1/2 – 2 lbs size stuffs well)
3-1/2 to 4 cups of COOKED brown rice
Medium Onion
Fresh Anise
3 Medium Sausage (about 12 ounces) – the best ones are the Italian sweet or hot
8 oz grated cheddar cheese or cheese mix of choice
1 Tablespoon Oregano
Salt
Pepper
2 teaspoons Marjoram
