Polaris Pool Cleaner Problem?
I just installed a brand new Polaris 360 pool cleaner. It has good pressure, it moves fine, but the tail does not move at all. My pool filter, pump, and skimmers are clear so there’s no obstructions. This is my second Polaris 360. Ironically, the tail on the previous one worked fine, the cleaner just stopped moving. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my new one?
Where the tail connects to the unit there is a screw that can be tightened or loosened to the desire of the consumer. That is where you adjust the sweep of the tail.
I can’t remember off hand if tightening creates more sweep….. or loosening….. you are going to have to play with it. Also I recommend you purchase the sponge for the sweep …it helps
