Can I still use a cracked low pressure sodium bulb?
The outer glass of my sox light is cracked, the lamp still operating but I think it may be dimmer than it should be. Will the loss of vacuum in the outer bulb cause problems?
Yes, it still can be used. The bulb was sealed l inside,outside glass just an extra protection against the rain
gets in. Put glue on the crack shall fix it well.
