Are Inflatable Boats As Safe As They Say They Are?

Inflatable pontoons were invented in 1969 in UK by a admiral in the English navy after a boating incident involved some captured air pockets keeping the boat buoyant. Since then the Inflatable Boats NZ have been a popular mode of sea boat for military and surf life rescue.
