I got a Sears Craftsman snow thrower from an uncle … it has sat for over a year. I am trying to start it …?
I spray starting fluid in it and it will run for a while but wont keep running. What things could be wrong with it ??
Sounds like the carburetor needs cleaning. It should be removed, taken apart, soaked in a good solvent and put together with a rebuild kit. Watch the way the throttle linkage and springs are attached before you take it apart.
