Is this adequate shelter for 1 horse?
We are in New Hampshire, USA. Is this adequate temporary shelter for one horse? It is 12′ x 12′.

No, it’s not.
Even if nothing goes wrong (which it would) it doesn’t block the wind sufficiently. As I’ve kept horses in New Hampshire, I’m aware of the difficulties of the climate. They NEED a much more solid shelter than that thing. It does not sufficiently block the wind – if you’ve ever been tent camping, you’ll know what I mean. It won’t hold any of their heat at all.
Personally, I don’t think the horse will go near it. But if it did, there’s far too much danger of it collapsing under snow or blowing away, tangling the horse as it goes.
This shelter is not intended for livestock and is not suitable for livestock. If I saw this being used as the only shelter for a horse in NH, I’d call the ASPCA.
If you can’t do better than this, don’t get the horse.
