what is the difference between Snow blower oil and car motor oil?
what is the difference between “5W-30 4 cycle snow blower oil” or just plain old”SAE motor oil 5W-30″
is the 4 cycle oil better for air cooled engines? or do they just bottle the same stuff as engine oil and charge you more for the label? does it really matter?
World of difference. Look a little closer at the label and you will see grading letters that go beyond simple weight numbers. These letters are the key to understanding the makeup of the oil. Most dullards never give it a look but you are a thinking man. I’ll bet that snow-blower oil is API SD or SE. link below will give you the real info.
